Your NABP e-Profile ID is required to receive credit for this CE activity.
LSHP will no longer be issuing paper statements of credit. In October 2012, LSHP began using “CPE Monitor,” which is a national, collaborative effort by ACPE and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) to provide an electronic system for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to track their completed continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits.  All pharmacists and pharmacy technicians must obtain their NABP e-Profile ID by going to www.nabp.net.   Your NABP e-Profile ID is required to receive credit for this activity. If you have not obtained your NABP e-Profile ID yet, then please do so prior to this activity as you will have to provide your ID on paperwork that you will turn in at the activity. After this CE activity, LSHP will send to NABP and ACPE the amount of credit you received (using your e-Profile ID).  Once this information is received by NABP, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians will be able to log in to access information about their completed CPE.

FEES: There are no fees for attendance at the meeting for LSHP members.  For non-LSHP members, there will be a $10 fee for continuing education credit.
