LSHP would like to invite Pharmacy Director's and Clinical Managers to attend the Director's Forum and Reverse Expo during the 2021 LSHP Annual Meeting. The Director's Forum will provide pharmacy directors and clinical managers with 1.5 hours of CE credit (.15 CEUs). On either side of the Forum will be the Reverse Expo. Hospital pharmacy decision makers will each host a virtual breakout room while vendors will be moved in and out. Here is the schedule of events for the Pharmacy Director's and Reverse Expo:
